Prestige Organic & Trading is a wholly owned Ghanaian SMALL business that is into the manufacturing of foods and cereals for babies and the adult population. The business is located in Takoradi in the Western region of Ghana with retail agents in Tamale, Kumasi, Obuasi, Nkawkaw, Anyinam, Koforidua, Ho, Accra, Tema, Kasoa, and Winneba ( ie 10 out of the 16 regions of Ghana). Currently, there are four (4) main certified Products with two (2) one’s going through the certification process. The four are; 1. -Multigrain Cereal with Tigernuts, 2. -Multigrain Cereal with Almond & Dates, 3. -Yellow Corn and Carrot Mix 4. -Multigrain Cereal with Coconut The business currently has the capacity to produce a minimum of 10,000 pouches or more each month with the needed support. Each pouch is 500 grams. It is important to note that there is a huge demand for cereal products in Ghana if branded and marketed well. It is said that Ghana Imported over 20 million USD of cereal products in 2021. Hence, The target market for our product primarily is the Ghanaian Market and secondarily EXPORT to the African market taking advantage of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA). We aim to export to the rest of the world as well to rake in more foreign exchange. We are currently operating at profit though not huge but with the potential to rake in more profit with the needed support.
